287267 - Remove devedge.netscape.com references from TE letter.

With devedge.netscape.com gone and no replacement available (bug 264184) i'm
removing the devedge references from the standard Tech Evang letter.

Can someone put this on

FIXED. Somehow your page screwed it up so I made the changes of that patch myself.

(I have the feeling it has to do with line endings or so.)

Have you filed a but for other tech evangelism letters?

Bug 264184 already blocks bug 86690. Ideally bug 264184 should be fixed so we
only need to update all letters only once, referring to the new urls on m.o

Reopening. The patch you commited missed my entry to add a character encoding.
+<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">

Several of the other Tech Evang letters suffer from the same problem that no 
character encoding is defined and hence they only validate tentatively.

As it caused no problems for the page, I'd rather leave it like that. We are
planning to move to UTF-8 side-wide. If a page does not need explicit character
encoding I'm not going to add it. (Note also that ISO-8859-1 is the default for
text/html.)

that's why i added it ;) in the absence of anything else.
Assuming a move to UTF-8 soon -> Verified.
