When a Junk message is selected in a POP3 Inbox, there is a "Mozilla thinks this
message is junk mail" pane added to the message pane. When you go to the Tools
menu and select "Delete Mail Marked as Junk in Folder" the message is deleted
and some non-Junk message gets selected, but the junkmail pane remains.
