For many users with low net speeds, this would be quite helpful (as they are for
me in Safari). Safari has a clear history button in the history menu. Camino
should add on in the go menu. A clear cache button in a toolbar menu would also
be a very nice carry-over from Safari, though I'm not sure which menu you would
want to put it in other than the Camino menu. Thanks.

Reproducible: Always
"Empty Cache" and "Reset Camino..." are already in the Camino menu (the former
even has a keyboard shortcut).

Whether "Clear History" is something that is useful/desired in the menu is
another question.
Summary: Add clear cache and clear history to toolbar menus → Add clear history to Camino menu
it's easier to find in prefs now, no longer so buried. i'd say we don't need to
do this.

i'm just saying that these are safari features that are commonly used, and if we
are trying to win over safari people, we need to provide comprable features, at
least ones that are speed tasks like clearing cache or history from the menu.
