Details
A QA Contact is just one of many different types of particular bug contacts that
a user may desire to have. It should be moved into the framework that we create
in bug 287332.

This is not a duplicate. This bug is about doing something very specific after
bug 287332 is implemented, which is to move one standard field into a custom
field framework.
Status: RESOLVED → REOPENED
