"Show/Hide All Bookmarks" menu item does not update if a tab is closed while the Bookmark Manager is open.

Details

Open the Bookmark Manager while more than one tab is open, and then close the
current tab. Notice how the title of the third item in the "Bookmarks" menu
("Show All Bookmarks" or "Hide All Bookmarks") does not change, and if the item
was disabled (i.e., if there was no history for that tab), it does not reenable,
preventing the Bookmark Manager from being shown via the menu item.
