This has nothing to do with the Bugzilla bug-tracking software
probably a fonts issue...

I don't see any problem.
The whole site seems to be in English with images being used for other script.
I couldn't even find any non-Latin characters.
Anyway, there is no such thing as language packs for Mozilla. As long as your
system has a font with right characters - Mozilla will display it.
