Check the Languages settings in Options under General.
You probably have English as the first preference, which Google honours.

Reporter, this page is served by Google, and they use cookies to remember your
favorite language (you can also set them). If these are missing, it will try to
guess from your ip-address. That's what happened here.

On the other hand, your homepage-url clearly mentions that you use a
French-language browser, and French has the highest priority among the languages
in the Accept-Lang header. They can do better...

last week I have visited google in english and google put a cookie with my
favorite language.
Today, I have deleted this cookie and now I have google in french when my
browser start.It's OK!
