I am trying to install forcast ext, when i click on tools/exstentions, it will
not display to install.

worked as programed

Tools/Extensions will only show installed extensions. You can install new
extensions from http://update.mozilla.org/ (or click the corresponding button
in the Extension Manager dialog).
