There is a red arrow in the corner, it is to update right. Well when I click on
it a bnox dose come up and I follow the instuctions but when it looks like it is
tring to update it dose not. I have have the box up for over 2 hours and still
nothing I tried everything. What could be wrong?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open browser
2.click arrow
3.follow instuctions

it looked like it was DLing but it wasent

DLed
