A client of mine installed Sumbird.  The program wouldn't run, generates MANY
icons on the desktop, and each time he tried to move it to the trash it would
replicate itself.

He finally did get rid of it but is afraid to reinstall.  He is running OS X.

Have you seen or heard of this before?

Reproducible: Always
Sounds like the install wasn't done properly.  If I had to guess, the files were unzipped rather than 
installed.  Reporter, did you manage to solve this yet, or is the problem still occurring?
Reinstall corrected problem.
