Cant use any of the side menu choices to navigate.  IE works just fine on this
site (Internet zone) with or without scripts allowed.

1.navigate to the site and then try to use the side menu to get anywhere

Nothing.  Stayed on the home page http://www.steel-link.com/2002/index2.cfm

Expected Results:  
Gone to the linked page
window.navigate, which that site uses, is an IE only function. Related is bug
276767.
