I know it sounds silly, but when looking at the favorites in the bar and in the
menus without favicons, which are many, I am kinda turned off by the fact that
everything is green: the two back/foward buttons combined with the bookmark
icons are too much. It's minor, but change the bookmark icon. Make it a blue
globe or at least a blue bookmark. OS X is an aqua motif, not a lime one. Blue
is also a much more soothing color on the eyes, something that matters for those
who browse for long amounts of time.

Reproducible: Always
heh, sorry.

Who do I talk to about UI/icons?
A tad bit dissmissive. Not to pick a fight (it's not in my nature), but I think
this desserves some debate. First, an off UI theme is not good OS integration.
The majority of the UI is fine, it looks like any old Coca app. But, first both
browser page control buttons are green, that would be perfectly acceptable, if
not for the fact that the default bookmark icon is also green. This icon has a
lot of viewing time, both for the bookmark menu and the bookmark bar, which is
always seen. Nowadays, many popular sites have favicons, but the vast majority
of smaller sites don't. I have no idea what kind of bookmarks people put on
their bars, but in many cases, most of the icons are the default green mark.
This across the top of the window combined with the browser back/foward buttons
isn't as easy on the eyes as blue would be, plus, blue IS the prefered OS color,
plus, green gets stale and people get sick of it after a while, even though blue
and green are cooler colors, blue is far more soothing. Listen, all I'm asking
is that you at least consider changing the color of the default bookmark icon.
Let me create a blue version of the current icon and upload it here, take a look
at it, and go from there. I'm 15 and new to all of this. I'm really trying to
help get this browser to be the best it can be. We're going up against Safari,
the mothership. I think any improvement that can made is one more reason people
should use Camino. I'll upload a blue bookmark icon within a few days. Thanks.

This would be a good place to start:

not trying to be a dick about this, but we had *endless* discussions a year ago
on the colors and icons. What we have is a good balance of OSX, looking cool,
looking different that omniweb/firefox/safari, and being highly functional. We
cannot please everyone, there is no way to do that.
Thanks. Sorry.
