I'm currently using the English version of Firefox version 1.0.2 on Windows XP
(English version). In this version of Firefox and previous versions, I've been
having problems opening and saving local files with names that contain
characters from Korean and Thai. This is important to me because I frequently
work with these languages. I've found other Firefox users on the net who have
been having the same problem with Chinese, Arabic, and Russian. When saving a
file with a character from such a language in the file name, all the those
characters are turned into underscores. Opening such a file fails as well,
showing the "Alert" dialog box with the message "The file file /c:/???.html
cannot be found. Please check the location and try again." This error message
is also displayed when a directory or sub-directory contains characters from
these languages. Internet Explorer does not have this same problem. Other than
this problem, though, I prefer using Firefox. So please fix this bug.

Reproducible: Always
