the given url gives a "Warning" and a "Message." if the messages are sorted from
last to first order, the "Message" (either in "All" or "Messages") will somehow
be drawn improperly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to
http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/UCDWebCatalog/programs/compsci/compscireqt.html
2. open javascript console
3. right click and select Last > First Sort Order

Actual Results:  
the "Message" overlaps with the "Warning"

Expected Results:  
the two messages should be drawn as separated

I have the problem when I go to:
https://taxes.hrblock.com/HRBlock/Login/Login.aspx?Target=LOGGEDOUT
and then click on "What if I can't remember my username?"

I haven't seen this bug recently but I could reproduce it at the time I reported
this. Will update it whenever I encounter the bug again.
