User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050324 Firefox/1.0 (Ubuntu package 1.0.2)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050324 Firefox/1.0 (Ubuntu package 1.0.2)

When going to View > Page Source on any web page (at least as far I can tell), a
dialog box pops up with the message "XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: chrome://global/content/viewSource.xul Line Number 1, Column 2: );"
Although the dialog box can be closed and the error does not further affect
Firefox, you still cannot view the page source using Firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Go to any webpage
3. Go to file menu View > Page Source

Actual Results:
Dialog box titled "Firefox" pops up: "XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: chrome://global/content/viewSource.xul Line Number 1, Column 2: );"

Expected Results:
Open the text window with the current website's HTML source.

I did not see this error yesterday before I installed a number of Ubuntu package
updates. I believe this bug came from Ubuntu package 1.0.2 of Firefox/1.0.
distribution-specific bugs should be reported to their authors, not here.

WFM, Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050325
Firefox/1.0+

Please reopen if you can reproduce this on an official build, otherwise, please
report the bug to maintainers of Ubuntu package.
