The update does not update the list of installed software in registry.
The old versions will remain in the list.
If uninstalled then, all FIREFOX will be uninstalled.
This happened in V1.0 -> V1.01 and V1.01 -> V1.02 (FIREFOX German Version,
automatic update via internet)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install older version
2.update via internet
3.check list "installed software" in registry

Actual Results:  
both installed versions vere in the list.
an "uninstall" of the old version performed an complete uninstall of FIREFOX

Expected Results:  
During the update - installation the list of installed software in the registry
should be updated, too.
