cleveland.com menu at the top (local, sports, etc.) doesnt work right, when you
mouse over it should expand so that you could click on other things under each
category.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.cleveland.com
2. mouseover on sports
3. nothing expands

Actual Results:  
nothing expanded

Expected Results:  
in IE it does expand
