I'm getting undefined entity errors in the About Sunbird, Extensions, and Themes
menus.

In bug 282057 bsmedberg globally changed references to
chrome://global/locale/brand.dtd to chrome://branding/locale/brand.dtd. 

That's great, but it broke our stuff.

Until we need to separate the trademark stuff out into /mozilla/other-licenses,
this hack will do.
