Could we get the cavendish (wiki.mo) theme applied to the devmo wiki, and get
the urls cleaned up a bit (just getting rid of the "index.php" part is fine).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Since I wasn't the one that set it up... refresh my memory. :) Where is the
DevMo wiki located? Is it on chameleon?

Yah, it's on chameleon under /data/devmo-dev/docs/

OK, the existing Cavendish theme has been installed for you. I don't have the
new banner graphic, but you should have access to drop that in if you have it.

It's not set up as the default, but it's available in prefs to switch to. If
you could check it and make sure it works okay :) Then let me know if you want
the default switched and if you want the existing users forcibly switched to it.
The theme looks fine. Still waiting to get a new banner for it, and I can put
that where it needs to be when I go receive it. You can switch the theme over
to being the default (and force existing users to use it as well) at any time.
I have made some minor customizations to main.css (bottom section, commented).
New banner has been added to cavendish theme. This can be set to default for
devmo wiki at any time.

ok, it's done.

There's one piece that needs to be done yet, but it requires admin privs on the
wiki and I don't have them. :)

Go to MediaWiki:Monobook.js, click the Edit tab, then select all and copy the
source of the page. Then go to MediaWiki:Cavendish.js, edit the page, and paste
in the content you copied from Monobook.js.

That will eliminate the JS error you get when you load pages currently.
