If you are cusomizing the toolbar and try to drag a toolbar item off the toolbar to remove it, then 
Thunderbird crashes. You can move toolbar items around without a problem. It only crashes when you 
try to remove one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on toolbar and select Customize
2. Try to drag a toolbar item off the toolbar to remove it.
3. After slight pause ... crash
Actual Results:  
Program crashed

Expected Results:  
Removed the toolbar item and gone about things as normal.
