The current security-group list is trying to serve two different audiences. We
need a new "security-announce" list for vendors
Am I correct in assuming it should be invitation-only?
Yes please, invitation only. Make me the admin and I'll move over the relevant
security-group folks and make the list only accept mail from members of the list.

Priority: -- → P1
Mailing list has been created, it won't actually work until OSL adds it to our
mail forwarding.  That request has been submitted.
This is up.  sorry for the slow reply (OSL had it up yesterday)
