A) There should be a button to go to the bugzilla.mozilla.org home at the top of
very page in this section. B) Someday, you should update the UI to bring it in
line with the mozilla foundation site UI. or is the old banner an homage to
mozilla's roots?

A) There's a Home link at the bottom of every page.
