287685 - Calendar should not hardcode "Mozilla" as the suite name

Instead of using the hardcoded word "Mozilla" as the brand name of the suite
Calendar can run in, it should use the &brandShortName; entity from brand.dtd
(or the brandShortName string from brand.poperties).
That way it's easier for the new suite project to rebrand the suite (see bug
285696) as well as for some distributor to change to his brand.

Note that it's almost anywhere "Mozilla Calendar", and you could argue that's is
your product name. So if you believe all those strings are OK, then just nuke
this bug report. Be aware that Mozilla Foundation might insist though that the
"Mozilla" should be removed, as you're AFAIK no official MoFo product, but just
a product hosted by mozilla.org - in the discussions about moving the suite to a
community project, some people noted your use of "Mozilla" in n.p.m.seamonkey
and they were told they MoFo will talk to you about that, as they might want you
to fade out its use as well.

calendar.dtd and aboutDialog.dtd also make use of "Mozilla Sunbird", which is
clearly the current product name of the standalone calendar, but has the
"Mozilla" in it as well.

The title of the email that is sent, with the calendar extension in TB, begins with "Mozilla Calendar Alarm". which is about all that my subject column displays. So, glancing at my subjects to see my tasks is difficult with these alarms. If this could be shorter, or appended to the end of the alarm title, that would be good. Or, if I could change it to MCA or Alarm, that would be wonderful.

I'd also like to be able to include more of the task or event info in the alarm, since that is relevant information for my alarms. I don't want all of that to have to go in tht title.
