The ???? text also appears on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/ 20050321 Firefox/1.0+, Safari 1.2.4 (v125.12), and IE 5.2.3 for the mac. Present across platforms, but it looks like the site is just plain broken.

I see the same on the page http://www.spiiras.nw.ru/index.php?newlang=russian The left frame is unreadable, the right is OK.

Works for me with version 2. Leaving it closed. Be sure you use default character encoding in the View menu. Create a new profile if necessary. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.8) Gecko/20071008 Firefox/2.0.0.8
