There really should be a selected for bookmark bar text as well at the image and
a mousover state for the image and text.

Reproducible: Always
This works in Safari, but we have a different look. It wouldn't work successfully.

FWIW, since bug 300304 was fixed, this at least works on mouse-down, which is the most critical case IMO.
