Right click on the "latest headlines" on the right side of the page and open
them into new windows.
Also opening the video link (all the way to the right, -can't paste the link, is
a JS-) will produce the same behavior.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
Forced to close from task manager or wait unacceptable periods of time to close
a window.
