A Mac OS X issue with the shiny new preference dialog: 

When a user clicks on "View & Edit Actions" in the "Attachments" pane, a sheet drops down without a 
method for dismissing it, forcing the user to quit the program completely. Should I file this as a bug?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to prefs in Thunderbird on Mac OS X.
2. Click on "View & Edit Actions" 
3. You're stuck.


Expected Results:  
Maybe a close button?
