See the patches in security bug 285438 for details, changes similar to the ones that were made for Windows, Mac, and gtk may be needed for OS/2 as well.

I looked into this and I couldn't get the attack to happen on OS/2 at all. on Windows, I got a dotted box but I couldn't figure out what was supposed to happen...
Yes, I could never see the chrome URL the way it was possible on Windows, either. And Rich confirmed in bug 287319 that on OS/2 we don't have security problems. Marking WFM.
