28778 - Field data corrupted on return

Build 2000-02-21-08, NT 4.0 SP6a

Problem:
While entering a bug (ironic), I had to return to the page because of a missing
component (which I almost forgot again, heh).  I found a bunch of ASCII 13 codes
at the end of each line.  After going forward again, and then back, it had
expanded even more, adding a blank line and ASCII-13 inbetween each previous line.

Reproduce:
1) Type sentences, paragraphs, into a field
2) Go to a new page (or PERHAPS a previous, or more than 1)
3) Return to form

Expected:
Uncorrupted data.

Solution:
Not sure; I've seen a similar problem with Netscape 4.7 saving HTML pages.  It
would add that (CR?) character at the end of every line.  Perhaps using a more
standard CR/LF combo?

I don't know why certain programs don't properly read the CR/LF that some use
and others do...
