287784 - Cookie dialogue displayed while tab overflow menu is active causes interface lock

Instead of "just" filing another bug on a specific instance, I thought it might
be helpful to file a more general bug for duping the specific instances to or
using as a meta/tracking bug.

(The specific instance here was the cookie dialogue comes up behind the tab
overflow widget menu, stealing focus from the menu but remaining in background,
inaccessible to the mouse....)

The other bugs off the top of my head are bug 279350, bug 157715, bug 181721,
bug 157715, bug 189298, bug 187849.

I would just like to mention another instance where this occurred to me.

1) I went to print a web page, then chose to Save as PDF, thus opening a Save
dialog.

2) A site open in a tab of another window threw up a javascript alert message.
The ones that use a modal sheet with an OK button.

3) Could not get rid of either the Save dialog or the Javascript alert. Camino
stuck.

Just wanted to document this in case its root cause is any different.

Er, let's try that list again.  I've got a couple in there twice and some missing:

bug 279350, bug 157715, bug 181721, bug 189298, bug 187849, bug 287784, bug
187047, bug 225276

Armen's is almost exactly the same as bug 274979, which was duped to another
interface lock bug that involves a different set of parameters.

Since we ended up with a real meta bug for this, reworking summary.

Was: Need to prevent two modal sheets/dialogues or modal item + menu from
displaying simultaneously

Note that *this* particular instance can be escaped from via the keyboard, but
not all interface lock situations can.

I think my original issue here was with a site with a long title in the overflow menu, making the overflow menu physically cover the buttons in the cookie sheet.  Have the attachment in the URL field open in one of your overflow tabs.

You can't click, but the keyboard does still work, so we can still call this WFM once 1.0 ships.

A fix for something like bug 181721 would completely clear this up.
