When message is in different encoding than specified for the mail folder, body 
of the message is shown in right encoding (specified with Content-Type: line) 
and headers are displayed with encoding specified for the folder, which makes 
them unreadable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create in mail profile directory file named TEST, containing text specified in

2.Open Thunderbird and find TEST folder in folder pane
3.From folder properties choose any encoding not equal to Windows-1251
Actual Results:  
From and subject fields are shown in different encoding, than body, though they 
contain the same text

Expected Results:  
From and subject fields should be displayed in same encoding as message body
