i object. xul is part of core, this description seems to be stolen from
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Core#XP%20Toolkit/Widgets:%20XUL
and is wrong for toolkit.

what you really mean is something like "for bugs in toolkit implemented
widgets". please come back to me when you have a proper description.
"For bugs in widgets implemented by the XUL Toolkit." is the best I can come up
with at the moment.  Its close enough, I think, to be useful, and there's a
number of bugs that should be there, so lets get something good enough and tweak
if we really want/need to later.
