I am requesting a feature for execution of some user defined javascript before
and after loading of web page (as defined by user). This feature can be very
useful and powerful for users to disable or modify behaviour of nasty javascript
used by many webpages.

Following option can be given
 - pre-loading javascript
 - post-loading javascript
 - General and/or URL specific script (this says that specific script should be
executed on specific URL, and general script for rest)

Reproducible: Always
What exactly would you like such scripts to do? It might be easier to specify
the goals you have for the functionality -- could then either implement in
javascript, or some other way if more appropriate...
Greasemonkey or something like it is the answer here. This is well removed from
being something we'd do in the core UI.

why can't this be in core UI? I am sure it will be great and distinguishing
feature to have
For about 10% of users, maybe.
