This feature can be very useful and powerful for users to disable or modify behaviour of nasty javascript used by many webpages. Following option can be given - pre-loading javascript - post-loading javascript - General and/or URL specific script (this says that specific script should be executed on specific URL, and general script for rest) Reproducible: Always

What exactly would you like such scripts to do? It might be easier to specify the goals you have for the functionality -- could then either implement in javascript, or some other way if more appropriate...

Greasemonkey or something like it is the answer here. This is well removed from being something we'd do in the core UI.
