When I click on the 'Get Mail' button to check for new mail, a box comes up 
that says 'the connection timed out.'

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla Thunderbird.
2.Go to 'Tools'.
3.Click on 'Account Settings'.
4.Click 'Add Account'. (Unless there are no other accounts)
5.Make sure 'E-mail account' is selected.
6.Click 'Next'.
7.Type 'Joseph Guinn" in the 'Your name' box.
8.Type 'sponge5002000@yahoo.com in the 'Email Address' box.
9.Click 'Next'.
10.Make sure 'POP' is selected.
11.Type 'mail.yahoo.com' in the 'Incoming Server' box.
12.Click 'Next'.
13.Type 'sponge5002000' in the 'Incoming User Name' box.
14.Click 'Next'.
15.Type 'Yahoo! Mail Account' in the 'Account Name' box.
16.Click 'Next' & verify the information.
17.Click 'Finish'.
18.Click 'OK' to exit Account Settings.
19.Click the 'Get Mail' button.



Actual Results:  
A dialog box came up that said "Connection to server mail.yahoo.com timed out".

Expected Results:  
The software should have connected & delivered my mail to me.
pop.mail.yahoo.com is the correct server (found via one fast google search)
