When Firefox has one window on my primary monitor and another on my secondary
monitor, any menu clicks in the secondary moniter appear on the right hand side
of the primary monitor.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Firefox on one moniter, and another instance on another moniter.
2. Click a menu item/context item

Actual Results:
The menu appears on the right hand side of the primary display.

Expected Results:
The menu should be displayed in the monitor where the menu was called.

Default theme, using 1024x768 resolution on both monitors with monitor 2 set to
"extend my windows desktop onto this monitor". One graphics card - ATi Radeon
9800 chipset.
