User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050223 Firefox/1.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050223 Firefox/1.0.1 I use the DVORAK keyboard [Control Panel>Regional and Language>Language>Details>keyboard Occasionally, FireFox stops recognizing the DVORAK keyboard settings, and goes back to the QWERTY keyboard, even though all my other programs still work with the correct dvorak keyboard. I'm running FireFox 1.01 on a Dell Dimension 4550 with 1 Gig of RAM using Windows XP Home- SP2. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Quit and then restarted FireFox 2. Tested keyboard on other programs, works OK 3. Actual Results: Got same problem.
I have seen this too. In my case it switches to the British layout (which I have installed but do not use) very difficult to tell when this happens as the US layout differs in only a few keys. Other applications remain on the correct kayboard layout and it fixes itself if you quit Firefox. I'm using Firefox 1.01, XP-SP1. Is this related to bug 165826.
