I clicked on a link to a pdf document. Camino doesn't open it and doesn't give
me any message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit http://dev.mysql.com/
2. click on "MySQL 5.0 Triggers" link

Actual Results:  
Absolutely nothing.

Expected Results:  
Open the pdf document or, if unable, tell me I should download Acrobat.

WONTFIX. There's a plugin for this. No other browse on Mac opens with a plugin.
