All of the form input text fields cannot be filled in, the submit button does
not work and also the reset button does not work. When the same page is viewed
using IE6 The form works as it is supposed to.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load the page.
2.You cannot fill in anything on the form.
3.Both the Submit and REset button do not work

Actual Results:  
None of the fields can be filled in and the form cannot be submitted.

Expected Results:  
Allow to fill in the text fields and submit them when clicking the appropriate
button.

Several other Firefox users tested this page, and all confirmed that they could
not fill in and submit or reset the form. All of them tried the same thing using
IE and there they could succesfully fill in and submit or reset the form.

The problem has been resolved. The error was in CSS. This was not a bug in Firefox.
It worked in IE because IE does not correctly handle CSS positioning.
