when using CTRL + T to open a new tab nothing happens

After updating to 1.0.2 the Shortcut to open a new tab stopped working
I set the appropriate settings in about:config, but still nothing in JS console
when i press ctrl +t.
Tried it in safe mode, nothing either.
Extensions installed LiveHTTP-Headers
but have tried after removing extension.

1.Press CTRL + T


Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Opened a new Tab
WFM on linux and Win2k with 1.0.2.  I would suggest retesting with a fresh profile.
WFM WinXP Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2)
Gecko/20050327 Firefox/1.0+
