If a page with scrolling status bar text is open in a tab, the scrolling text
remains in the status bar if another tab is selected. The scrolling text should
appear only for the tab that originated the text. The status bar should reflect
the con

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the page listed above.
2. Open another page in a new tab.
3. Select the new tab.
Actual Results:
The scrolling text remained in the status bar.
Expected Results:
Clear the status bar, or, if the page in the current tab changes the text,
display the nex text.
