After installing a new build of Firefox the version numbers appear as a 
totally new program but is linked to the current build if uninstalled. It's 
not really anything bad, just an annoyance.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install/Upgrade the browser.
2. Open windows control panel.

Actual Results:  
You see a double program in the list.

Expected Results:  
upgraded the version number instead of creating a new entry.
