The old pref system had a switchPage function which was used at:

This is now broken, and theres no equivalent functionality in the new prefs system.

For reference, this is when software installation is disabled and the user tries
to install an XPI. An info bar pops up and says "Check preferences" with a
button thats supposed to open the preferences dialog at the correct pane.
