The file
mozilla/toolkit/locales/en-US/chrome/global/contentAreaCommands.properties does
not show up on bonsai CVS queries.  The given URL is for all changes to the
file, but it comes up blank.  But it certainly exists:

http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsblame.cgi?file=mozilla/toolkit/locales/en-US/chrome/global/contentAreaCommands.properties
that's because someone did a cvs copy. the file will appear as soon as someone commits to it, or if 
someone rebuilds the database. this is not a bonsai bug.
