URL's left menue frame does not open.

Following message on left frame:
The requested URL /meny_NS.htm was not found on this server.

Windows Explorer have no problems to open this URL.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just visit the URL

Actual Results:  
URL's left menue frame does not open. Main frame is opening.
Impossible to browse the site because the there are no menue.

Expected Results:  
Check the difference with Windows Explorer.

Moving to tech evangelism. 

This website's menu frame has a javascript in the page to attempt to detect what
browser is used, and redirects to a different page once it notices you're not
using Internet explorer. The page where we're being redirected has been removed,
for whatever reason. As a workaround, you could try to disable javascript for
this page.
