The Winstripe theme doesn't load WinXP visual style fonts if they are not
installed in the windows\fonts directory. If so, the theme font is replaced by
times new roman (see screenshot 1).
After installing the font in the windows\fonts directory the font is displayed
correctly but in the wrong size (see screenshot 2).

1. Install a windows xp theme with a special font
2. start firefox
3.
sorry, the size of the menubar was greater because of the forecarstfox extension.
That's not really a winstripe issue per se, more of an issue with nsITheme in
general.  That's of course a tricky question, since I'm not sure how Windows
handles fonts from non-standard locations.
