this problem started on Friday of last week.  The window scrolls up and down 
with out the use of a mouse.  the only way to stop the scroll is to touch the 
bar at the top of the window.  Once let go it continues to scroll up and down 
making reading not possible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Turn on the computer and go online

Actual Results:  
it happenes every time, did do disk scan, degrag, and nortin.  Nothing can fix 
the problem.
This problem also has made the use of the computer imposible to use.  This 
email was sent from another location since my system would not allow me to 
catch a line to fill it out.

Try reinstalling FireFox's most recent public release. This should fix it. I'm
upgrading this to Critical condition because it prevents all usage of the browser.

Also, when you install the FireFox again, post the line under (Help > About)
that looks like this: "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2)
Gecko/20050327 Firefox/1.0+"
