User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows 98; Compaq; AT&T CSM6.0) Build Identifier: this problem started on Friday of last week. The window scrolls up and down with out the use of a mouse. the only way to stop the scroll is to touch the bar at the top of the window. Once let go it continues to scroll up and down making reading not possible. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Turn on the computer and go online 2. 3. Actual Results: it happenes every time, did do disk scan, degrag, and nortin. Nothing can fix the problem.

Try reinstalling FireFox's most recent public release. This should fix it. I'm upgrading this to Critical condition because it prevents all usage of the browser. Also, when you install the FireFox again, post the line under (Help > About) that looks like this: "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050327 Firefox/1.0+" Added CC to keep up to date with this report.
