When many tabs are open they flow across the tab bar in such a way that the tab
widget button overlaps a tab icon, and can make it difficult to use the close
widget.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open several tabs.
2. Look as tab close widget.
3. (Resize window if necessary to see effect.)

Actual Results:  
Tab close widget and tab button are overlaid.

Expected Results:  
Not allowed the tabs to extend "beneath" the tab close widget.
