I made changes to Firefox start page snippets for Google.co.jp three weeks ago.
But start page haven't been updated until now. Can I ask for your help?

I'll ask Rafael to take ownership and work with you on this.  However, could you
please provide information on what the changes you are making are?  i.e.  The
english analog of what is being modified?  Thanks!
