287998 - Cannot drag current url to bookmarks, since about:bookmarks appears when in bookmarks window

In previouse versions you could go to the bookmarks window and the current url
would stay in the location text. That way you could drag the url to anywhere in
the bookmarks folders. In current version whne moving to the bookmarks window
the location text reads: "about:bookmarks". the result is that you cannot drag
and drop urls into the bookmarks any more.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click the bookmarks button
2. See about:bookmarks in the location text, current url is gone.

Actual Results:  
Unable to drag the current url to the bookmarrks as a result.


Expected Results:  
The current url should be displayed even after moving to the bookmarks window.
