When i change a parameter, it wont´t be saving.

Example:
When i change the parameter urlbase, then the parameter won`t be saving.
Have anyone of you a idea?

Don't check the "reset" box

I haven´t check the reset box.
But i can not yet change parameters.

When you attempt to change parameters, after you submit, does the confirmation
page have any text like "updating urlbase"??  Any error message on the screen or
in the webserver error log?

Also, exactly which version?

I have bugzilla 2.19.2.
In bugzilla i get the normal screen, that the changes are saved.
webserver logs are normal, too.

That's not a FIXED bug, it's a user error. So it's INVALID.
